BOOKING GUESTWELL
CAMPSITE
So that everyone is aware of their
responsibilities when using the facilities at Guestwell please
read the terms and conditions
before applying to camp.
If you wish to book, first check the calendar, then please
confirm your dates and indicate the approximate number in your
group with Guestwell booking secretary.
If your dates are available, you will then be asked to download
and print of the booking form at the bottom of this page and
return both parts of the form completed and signed with a
cheque made out to “Guestwell Scout and Guide HQ”. for £50.00 to
secure your booking. (This payment cannot be refunded if you
decide to cancel at a later date.)
The bottom of your form will then be returned to you along with
other relevant information and you must retain this as proof
of booking. When you arrive and collect the keys you can
confirm your actual group number and pay the balance on your
camp fees. You will be asked for a damage waiver cheque for
£100.00 which will be returned to you when you leave.
Electricity meter reading will be taken on arrival and on
departure and should be settled on departure.
